Welcome to Insomnia. A cafe and coffee house that blends art, music, and atmosphere to give a welcome haven from shopping, work, or daily life. Insomnia has an international flavor with its clientele, and its staff speaks German, English, Serbio-Croatian, and Spanish. We also provide free use of a computer with a high-speed internet connection. During the warmer months, enjoy sitting outdoors with a view of the Marien Church.

Insomnia offers a variety of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. From coffee to tea, from wine to beer, you'll find something here to quench your thirst. For those with a hunger, you'll find freshly prepared pasta dishes and desserts from the owner's mother.

For those music lovers, the owner spins an eclectic mix. From jazz to fusion, rock to world-beat, there is something for everyone. Insomnia also books at least one live band a month for your listening pleasure. Just drop by or check our site’s link for upcoming events.

For the sports fans, Formula One racing is offered on many Sundays on Insomnia's big screen projection TV.  Every Saturday from 15:00-18:00, enjoy the Bundes Liga, FIFA, and UEFA Soccer matches -- especially when Vfb-Stuttgart is on the field. For those who enjoy competition themselves, take advantage on the free "Fussball" Table.

On Mondays, you will have a late night movie night starting at about 2230uhr. These movies will often be in English, or in their original language with English subtitles.
